You can walk to Barro beach. Nor are the beaches of Niembro, Torimbia and Celorio far away. The house is located in the village of Barro bathed by the Cantabrian Sea. To 5 km of Posada where all the services are (supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, gas stations, pharmacy, medical services, banks, etc).
From the house you can make many visits to areas of interest in the region. Picos de Euros is less than twenty minutes by car. So you can go to Covadonga and Lagos near Cangas de Onis or Arenas de Cabrales to get close to Poncebos, where the Senda del Cares starts or where you can find the funicular station to go up to Bulnes, a small mountain village at the foot of the Naranjo de Bulnes.
In the direction of Santander is the Cueva del Soplao, the villages of Comillas and Santiilana del Mar, the Parque de la Naturaleza de Cabárceno or the city of Santander itself. Also El Desfiladero de la Hermida to reach Potes and Fuente Dé with the cable car that will lift us to more than 800 mtrs in the heart of Picos de Europa.
