This house is a few meters walk from the beach of Poo which is well known in this area of Asturias for being perfect for children, as it is practically a swimming pool almost completely closed to the sea and therefore with no hangovers and dangerous currents.
Poo is only 1500 mtrs walk from Llanes, the capital of the council where you can go for a walk on a comfortable sidewalk without risk (as on the verges). IN Llanes it is advisable to visit the Paseo de San Pedro and the Cubes of Memory of the painter Ibarrola, in addition to taking a walk through the old town and the port.
Llanes enjoys a precise golf course in addition to two wonderful beaches, one of them within the urban case (the Sablón) and another less than 600 myts that is called Toró.
Of course you can make many day trips to Picos de Europa, Covadonga, Cangas de Onis, Lagos, Cabrales, Poncebos, Senda del Cares, Funicular de Bulnes, Desfiladero de la Hermida, Potes, Fuente Dé, Comillas, Santillana del Mar, Cueva del Soplao, reproduction of the Caves of Altamira, Parque de la Naturaleza de Cabárceno, Museo del Jurásico de Asturias, Pueblos marineros de Lastres y Tazones, and of course taste the local gastronomy in any of the many restaurants, cider houses, snack bars and tapas bars that abound everywhere.
