Less than 15 minutes away by car is the Basilica of Covadonga, a place of pilgrimage well known as the cradle of the Reconquest. From there, the road to the Lakes of Covadonga begins on a high mountain road 11 km long that leads to the spectacularly beautiful Lakes Enol and La Ercina. The ascent to the lakes is regulated in seasons of high affluence and can only be done in collective vehicles arranged for this purpose.
In addition, less than 18 km away is the Cantabrian coast, which is covered by the A8 motorway and allows us access to many places of interest.
From the towns of Ribadesella, Llanes or Villaviciosa, to Potes, Fuente Dé and Picos de Europa in the south.
