It is a house located in a very calm place and very next to Picos de Europa in the Council of Parres whose capital is the well-known nucleus of Arriondas. Built towards the 18th century, its recent restoration has respected the original building elements that give it an exceptional authenticity, enormous masonry walls, large lintels of hand-carved stone and the centenary chestnut beams of the rooms, from each of which a cardinal point can be seen. The house has 3 double rooms, large living room with fireplace, two bathrooms, separate kitchen, garden with grill and outdoor furniture.

From the house you can reach in a few minutes one of the northern accesses of Picos de Europa, Covadonga and the ascent to Lagos. With a route of about 30 minutes in car in direction east we will accede by Arenas de Cabrales and Poncebos to the Senda del Cares and the funicular of Bulnes to Bulnes and from there to the base of the mythical Naranjo, destiny of many climbers of its different days. From Cangas de Onís and from the house it is possible to access the Los Beyos Gorge to reach the accesses to the Picos Gorge by the land of León through the regions of Valdeón. There are beautiful places like Posada de Valdeón from where you can reach Caín which is the other end of the Senda del Cares and offers some extraordinary places as well as some very peculiar places like the Ermita de Corona or the Chorco de los lobos
