This is a small house with three double bedrooms with capacity for 6 or even 7 people if you use the available armchair bed. The house has a small garden in which the sun shines until 15.00 or so. In this garden you can park your car in a complicated parking area. The house has a large living room with fireplace ideal for the evenings of autumn and winter. There is also a kitchen-dining room with dishwasher. The house will have wifi service in spring 2020. This accommodation has a complete bathroom with shower and a toilet on the ground floor without shower.
It is perfect to stay with children because of its distance to the wonderful beach of Poo which is sensational because of the absence of currents due to how closed it is. It is very appreciated for this circumstance.
If the cancellation is announced more than 60 days prior to the scheduled date of entry, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
If the cancellation is announced 60 days or less prior to the expected date of entry, there is no refund of the deposit.
The house is only 1500 mtrs from the town of Llanes so it has all the services (restaurants, gas stations, pharmacies, medical services, cafeterias, bakeries, supermarkets, etc.). The beach is less than 300 mtrs from the house, although taking the car is possible to access more than 30 different beaches in less than 20 minutes of travel to east and west.
Reserving this house the possibilities of knowing the attractions of the region are enormous. Picos de Europa, Covadonga, Lagos, Arenas de Cabrales, La Senda del Cares, the Bulnes Funicular, Potes, Fuente Dé, the Cable Car, the Soplao Cave, the Cabárceno Nature Park, the Santillana del Mar Zoo, the town of Comillas, the Jurassic Museum of Asturias in Colunga, the samples of the Asturian pre-Romanesque Valdediós, Santa María del Naranco, San Miguel de Lillo and many more things that would not fit in lines and lines of text.
