This house is less than 1000 mtrs from Arenas de Cabrales which is one of the northern gateways to the Picos de Europa National Park. Less than 5 km away is Poncebos, an emblematic geographical point where the rivers Duje and Cares converge and where you can walk on the three eastern, central and western massifs that make up the great limestone massif. In Poncebos the well-known Senda del Cares starts in the direction of Cain.
The house is located on an elevated plain surrounded by woods and has a double and triple bedroom, a kitchen-dining room and a living room with a chimney with large windows as well as two complete bathrooms. The garden has barbecue and grill and children's games.
It is a perfect place for those who want to know Picos de Europa and occasionally approach the beaches of Llanes which are only 35 km away.
