Paquito 2 country house is located in the village of La Franca and you can walk to a beach from the house. The house is an ideal place to spend a few days on holiday with your family. It is in a privileged spot, perfectly located to enjoy both the sea and the mountains and equidistant from many very interesting tourist attractions,such as: The Peña tú idol, Tio bustillo caves in Ribadesella and the Pindal caves close to the village of Pimiango, The Indianos archives in Columbres, The "Cubos de Memoria" (Memory cubes) in the capital of the borough of Llanes, The Covodonga shrine in the borough of Cangas de Onis,The borough of Cabrales with the impressive "Naranjo de Bulnes" and the Hermida Gorge in the county of Cantabria.

Situation

Atractivos del entorno: This house is a few hundred meters walk from the beach of La Franca. It is a perfect place to get to know the attractions that surround the area. Picos de Europa for example are very close. It is acceded from Unquera towards the south by Panes, gorge of the Hermida, Potes and the route finishes in Fuente Dé where is the cable car that can elevate us to but of 800 mtrs of unevenness in full heart of the central massif.
You can also visit the Cueva del Soplao, or the monumental villages of Comillas and Santillana del Mar where there is a reproduction of the Cueva del Altamira. A little further and close to Santander is the Parque de la naturaleza de Cabárceno, a perfect place to visit with children.
To the west we have the coastal path in several stretches that can bring us to Llanes or Ribadesella walking to the edge of the sea. You can visit the incredible beach of Gulpiyuri or the village of Cuevas in Ribadesella that includes surprise and you must discover for yourself. Cangas de Onís, Covadonga and Lagos are less than 40 minutes away by car. And stretching it a little more the seafaring villages of Lastres and Tazones where you can taste a delicious fish or seafood.
